“YES! Finally, a PROPER bike repair shop that gives detailed, impartial advice. I got a free check-up (look out for the flyers around Kentish Town), and they adjusted my brakes so they’re about as good as I can remember them being, checked tyre pressures, wheel alignment etc., and didn’t try on the hard sell. In fact, they convinced me NOT to buy a new bike (but gave me some tips in case I did anyway). The two guys I saw were both lovely blokes, and it was nice of the technician to take the time to explain what he’d done – I learned a lot from the 15 minutes I spent with these guys. Honestly, can’t recommend them enough. They’re now my go-to guys.”

Excellent service, friendly staff and not at all patronising like most bike shops can be! Walked me through the repair process and kept me updated with what bits needed replacing. Cheaper than the chain stores as-well. Me and my Pashley will definately be back in the future!
